3,500 lb. straight trailer axle assembly includes axle tube with spindles, castle nuts and cotter pins, electric brakes, cast iron 5 on 4-1/2 inch hub/drums with bearings, seals, grease caps and lug nuts, double eye leaf springs with U-bolts, nuts and tie plates. Axle tube is 2-3/8" diameter x 3/16" wall round tubing. Axle is supplied with spring seats attached for mounting springs in the underslung (springs under axle) position. Axles are manufactured with a slight camber (arch) and must be mounted with the arch at the top of the axle.
