4 inch rubber hold down (measured when latched from the pivot pin to the end of the handle) with stainless steel bracket for vertical or horizontal mounting. Will not scratch painted surfaces. Catch mounting holes are 3/16 inch diameter, 7/16 inch apart. Hold down mounting bracket holes are 3/16 inch diameter, 7/8 inch apart.
