Vance & Hines introduces Eliminator 400 Slip-Ons for Harley-Davidson® Touring models. Featuring large, 4" mufflers finished with race-inspired CNC-machined billet end caps. Eliminator 400s are tuned to give 1995 and later baggers a deep and aggressive roar. Available in chrome, matte black or chrome with black tip, and can be fitted with optional quiet baffles for a more moderate exhaust note.
